Hey,

I'm mainly a coder, but I like the graphics design (creative) part of
things, visual effects and color theory are also things I really appreciate.

I'm using Linux (Ubuntu) as my workstation for some time already. I like the
openness of it, stability and its POSIX compatibility (powerful shell), not
to say that I've learned a lot about IT with it. However, I do miss running
the Flash IDE, Illustrator and Photoshop nativelly. I do run them all in a
VMWare VM, in XP, which pretty much does the job for me.

I'm curious, though. How many of you around are using a flavor of Linux as
your main workstation ?

And, as a final note, I do hope Adobe will release native versions of its
main software for Linux someday :)

Cheers,

Marcelo.
