Oh for that matter, is it
impossible to read/write to the local storage from flash, if its
compiled into a projector. I was looking for this kind of functionality since quite some time. Mainly i wanted to read and write XML files whenever needed on local machine. Say, some standalone application built in Flash. Any ideas? Is it possible to create standalone executable Flash content on the Linux platform using OSFLASH tools like the standalone projectors rendered from the Adobe Flash IDE for Windows and Mac? Thanks a lot in advance. Arul Prasad M L wrote: Oh, If its a locally imstalled AIR based application, u can save local files.
