cheers guys!
i don't know why and how, but i went into the weekend with a good
feeling and when i tried to
run it again today i had the same issues... i know: i'm a
mac-noob/rookie... must be something
really obvious...
the strange thing is: it worked the first time i tried it and after that
never again *damn*
as a sidenote what i tried additionally was the following:
i placed mtasc (the one i downloaded from the mtasc-list) in /usr/local/bin
to make it accessible from everywhere but this didn't change anything...
some more details (ls -l)
-rwxr-xr-x+ 1 henrikweber staff 818028 Jul 17 00:21 mtasc-osx
^^this is the mtasc that was bundled with asdt
^^this is the mtasc i placed in /usr/local/bin and where i even extended
the permission as
far as possible...
any hints would really be appreciated and thx in advance to all who took
the time to look
at this crap!
henrik
btw: i placed eclipse in my applications directory, where i created a
subfolder 'devtools'
but it really worked the first time i ran the ant build from within
eclipse after i changed
the permission settings (one time)...

iirc (which i should do because i coded this part) its most likely a permissions
problem. asdt bundles its own mtasc although you can point it at your own binary
if you like.
if its the asdt version then
cd <YOUR_ECLIPSE_DIR>/plugins/org.asdt.mtasc_1.0.0/org/asdt/mtasc/dist
chmod a+x mtasc-osx
or if its your own then just
chmod a+x mtasc
from the command line and it should be alright after that.
i thought that i had fixed this so either i did and the fix never made it into a
public build or my memory is worse than i thought ;)
let me know how you get on.
martin.
