Awesome! The more the merrier and glad to see Open Source projects feeding each others!
Just a note, though. I wouldn't use "Open Source Flash Media Server" as the name of the project because you are going to get Adobe layers knocking at your door very soon. And in this case I couldn't blame them, I'm sure "Flash Media Server" is a registered trademark. Besides, people might think the project is related to Adobe somehow. It would be like an operating system called "Open Windows XP".
