Hi all osflashers,

I'm trying to understand the meaning of the timestamp field contained
in audio RTMP packets.

What I got to understand is that it represent rather than a timestamp
a sort of *duration* (expressed in milliseconds), but in some cases it
represents a delta/absolute timestamp according to which interpret all
the following timestamps/duration.

I found these relevant threads:

http://thread.gmane.org/gmane.comp.web.flash.osflash.general/12833
http://thread.gmane.org/gmane.comp.web.flash.osflash.general/12468

but both are not resolutive.

Can someone give some informations or relevant pointers?

Can you say if the problem has been already solved by the OS community
(for example in the Red5 server)?

I'd be very grateful for any help.

Regards.
