That means you failed to include task definition of <mxmlc>. I guess you are
loading flexAntTasks from the flex sdk. Make sure your path is correct..
Watch out for whitespace in the path. Ant does not really like white spaces.
You can also not use the mxmlc task and use the exec task, which is very
close to using the commandline:
E.g.:
<exec executable="${mxmlc.exe}" failonerror="false" spawn="false">
<arg value='-source-path' />
<arg file='${classpath}' />
...
