Hi,
That tutorial may be for an out of date version:
Have a look at the Red5 downloads pages:
http://jira.red5.org/confluence/display/downloads/Home
And follow the links for the version you want, which may have
different setup / install instructions.
I think I had to download a tarball or similar from there to get it
going and never used ANT.
If you still run into problems, you need to ask questions on the
red5 list - this is the generic osflash one and you should get more
specific help on the other...
