It may be of interest to you that the LinuxFund started fundraising
for improved OpenStreetMap editor support by Gnash, the GNU SWF Player:

Potlatch, the OSM online flash editor (the 'edit' tab on
http://www.openstreetmap.org) is yet another example of what
can you accomplish to deliver as a service by paying attention
at accessiblity (needless to say, no AS3 used :)

Mind you: Gnash already works with it, just a bit annoying if tracing
from background images (not necessarely what you need to do).
