Client send one byte 03
Client send pseudo-random packet with 1536 bytes. There is a secret key
inside.
Server replies one byte 03
Server replies hardcoded packet with 1536 bytes.
Server replies with signed packet (there are several versions of signing
algorithm) with 1536 bytes and enters RTMP mode
Client replies with 1536 bytes reply and enters RTMP mode.
