I'd like to know more about this as well. I make tools for other developers,
and a good paint program would be brilliant, but it doesn't need to be
photoshop. Is this a drawing package or a image editor? What sort of user are
you targetting?
I have an actionscript editor that creates images, and stores all the data in
xml - then loads it up and parses it to display the image. There's an engine
that can load and parse the xml. Is that of any use?
