The course doesn't cover details of, for example, osgFX, osgParticle, etc. By the end of this section, you'll have a high-level idea of what you need to do to create your own NodeKit, if desired. An experienced OSG programmer should definitely know how to use an LOD node. However, specifics of the DatabasePager and PagedLOD nodes will be discussed in the Terrain course. OSG 1.2 experience should be sufficient. Differences between OSG v1.2 and current OSG are discussed in all the courses. In the intermediate lectures, there is a topic of nodekits. Is it possible to find more information what nodekits are they? 2. For the third day it says "you should be an experienced OSG developer".
