I'm not sure what your point is here. It's a good thing that people spend
time to update the wiki, especially with up-to-date content, but I don't
like somebody moving stuff purposely put in a preliminary location. You
could probably argue that nothing on a wiki is owned by anybody (as that
is the idea of a wiki), but that doesn't help in keeping things organized.

It should, but as more people start to edit the wiki using the same user
account it will only become more difficult to keep track of who did what,
or who is still working on what.
