Hi Kim, Im curious which OSG version you use ? Could this be that you have dual view setup ? Maybe you have the same error Marco Jez reported recently. You may try to change OSG_MULTIMONITOR_MULTITHREAD_WIN32_NVIDIA_WORKAROUND and see if it helps.
