I spoke to the person I'd previously been contacted by, concerning the IFC loader. They have not moved forward on the project yet, so as far as I know, there is not an IFC loader project for OSG.
If you are interested, they indicated they would be willing to consider splitting the costs of developing a loader. I had spoken to them previously about doing the actual programming for them under paid contract.
