You can find it here: http://osgcal.sourceforge.net/ Don't worry about the lack of updates, it is a mature and stable project. On the other hand, you may be better off using osgAnimation long term, even though at the moment it is more a toolkit to make an animation nodekit than an animation nodekit. For example, the fileformats embedding animations/skeletons with the geometry do not allow re-using of neither. This is major pain if you have more than one character. You will likely have to make your own animation/skeleton loaders if you want to use it.
