Hi Abhishek, I can't recall off the top of my head the gdal command options you require, so to answer your question would have to head over to the gdal website and read up on the commands... So it would be quicker to just go check out the gdal website out yourself, there'll do a much better job of explaining the usage and background functionality than I ever could.
