As Robert says, this isn't the osgEarth forum, and "demand" is a poor translation into English. I think "request" is the word you should be using.
I might be able to help you obtain the GDAL+GEOS libraries, but I haven't successfully made a 64-bit build of them yet, so you may have to wait a bit.
