Hi Clement, Yesterday I merged a submission to OSG svn/trunk that added read/write support for inlined image data within .osgt and .osgx ascii files.
To tell the .osgt, .osgx writer to inline the data you should use the OptionsString "WriteImageHint=IncludeData". Robert
