Hi Chris -- I doubt I'll be able to speak on my employer's behalf regarding this situation, but will ask. ATI has definitely been a thorn in our side in the past.
In the meantime, please add me as an individual. I've found ATI to always put forth the initial appearance of being willing to help, but rarely able to deliver, especially on the tougher-to-reproduce issues. In the end, my investment in getting them information regarding the issues has rarely been worth the return. Thanks for your efforts.
