No problem... I was just worried that it might have
fallen through the cracks, or been silently rejected.

About the tile-offset feature:  I saw some code
related to this in the 0.9.9->1.0 diffs, but I don't
know if it works or not.  I merged that code in, just
like all the other 0.9.9->1.0 changes, but I certainly
haven't *added* code for this feature.  From what our
database guys tell me, this feature allows a tile's
vertices to be relative to the south-west corner of
the tile, rather than relative to the database origin.
 The smaller values for the vertex offsets means
higher precision.  Our DBs aren't so large as to
require this, so we don't use that feature here.
