There is an edit button at the bottom of each wiki page, just press this and it'll bring up a editor window within the browser to add your entry. You'll need to learn a bit about the wiki syntax, the will be a little of guide on syntax on the edit page, and there is more information on other pages on PmWiki on the OSG website and on the PmWiki website itself. Have a look at the existing entires too for inspiration, if you need assistance just shout.
