No, I did not and I will never do. In order not to force people to have
a separate DWMake, Don copied the relevant files into the Producer
source tree (below Make/) and the stuff works at least on a few
platforms. On most of the platforms that worked for me before, the
build is now broken because some files have bugs or are simply missing.
I obviously don't know if the separate DWMake distribution from CVS
behaves the same way. If the files in Producer are really a copy of the
respective DWMake tree, then I'm pretty sure that the separate DWMake
features the same flaws.
