dburns.dhs.org was a subdomain rented on the dhs.org space for many years,

I am currently trying to attach the Manipulator to the pre-render camera
by using gpadmanipulator->setNode(cameraNode), where gpadmanipulator is a
class derived from MatrixManipulator, setNode() method is copied from
DriveManipulator source, and cameraNode is a CameraNode that is used to
render the scene into the FBO.

The gamepad manipulator works fine when attached to the Viewer with
addCameraManipulator().
