Yes, that is completely correct.

However you wanted to "to become member of osgCal2 team, to *control*
possible patches/updates from other people." You have probably meant
something else than you have written because with something licensed as
LGPL you cannot really "control" the source anymore - e.g. forks are
always allowed as written before.
