Sure, here is the CmakeList.txt for the jp2 plugin with my modification.
Although I noticed that the macro shows up as: " JAS_WIN_MSVC_BUILD",
in the list of Preprocessor Directives.

It works, but I don't see why I should get the `"ยด surrounding the macro.....

INCLUDE_DIRECTORIES( ${JAPSER_INCLUDE_DIR} )

SET(TARGET_SRC ReaderWriterJP2.cpp )

SET(TARGET_LIBRARIES_VARS JASPER_LIBRARY )

IF(WIN32)
   ADD_DEFINITIONS(-DJAS_WIN_MSVC_BUILD)
ENDIF(WIN32)

#### end var setup ###
SETUP_PLUGIN(jp2)

Could you have a bash at adding this to the CMake build for the plugin?
