Did the multi-threading used to work?  I.e. when you first
implementated GraphicsWindowCarbon.

Right now I don't really have any clues to why the multi-theaded
operations isn't working for you.  Later today I'll reconfigure my
machine mulit-head and see if I can gleen anything.
