Hi Jan, Things should be the same in osgViewer and osgProducer w.r.t stereo, the stereo for both is supplied by SceneView.
I've just done a grep through both OSG and osgProducer and can't find references to use of OSG_SCREEN_WIDTH/HEIGHT and DisplaySettings::getScreenWidth()/Height but can't find references apart from in the set up of DisplaySettings. This leaves me scratching my head... where these used to come in. Looking at the Present3D source base there ScreenHeight and Width are used in the setup of the camera lens so perhaps it always was done in the calling app. Need to look at 1.2 to check. The OSG_SCREEN_DISTANCE and OSG_EYE_SEPERATION related methods are used by SceneView though so should work fine. Robert. On 6/6/07, Jan Ciger <[EMAIL PROTECTED]> wrote:
-----BEGIN PGP SIGNED MESSAGE----- Hash: SHA1 Hello, What is the current situation with the stereo rendering support? I have noticed that the viewer does indeed support stereo, however when I have looked into the source code, variables such as OSG_SCREEN_HEIGHT, OSG_SCREEN_WIDTH, OSG_SCREEN_DISTANCE, OSG_EYE_SEPARATION do not seem to be used anywhere. Do I still need to rely on osgProducer for stereo or is there a way how to set this up correctly with osgViewer?
