The basic problem or what appears to me to be the problem is that the
Async messaging on the 3dconnexion drivers for MAC do not appear to
get propagated through the Trolltech Qt GUI. Not sure if anyone has
ever addressed this and had a solution or not. There sample app that
is a native Cocoa works nicely this just leads me to believe that the
could be getting filtered out in Qt.
