osgUtil::IntersectVisitor is deprecated. Its still in the code for
backwards compatibility - there was enough major changes in 2.0 to
keep users busy without adding forcing a new way of doing
interesections too.
There's also src/osgUtil/IntersectionVisitor.cpp, is this a
fundamentally different object and so will stay?
