Hi all -- Apparently there is a design flaw with Lulu's Web site. If you downloaded the original version of the Quick Start Guide as a PDF, there is no straightforward way to download the new revision. Lulu's Web site thinks you already have the book, so you can't order it again; furthermore, it doesn't allow you to delete the book out of "My Downloads". You can check your version by looking at the Revision History section at the back of the book. The current revision is dated 14 June 2007. This has been reported as an issue in the "Misc Support" forum at Lulu.
