MediaWiki I totally agree with. For the forum, search the archives,
this was discussed before.
Just a bit of clarification, the issue of forum has been discussed
heavily before so I recommend checking the archives for a discussion
on this topic otherwise we'll waste a huge amount of bandwidth on
this.
The upshot of the discussion, if we have a forum at all it'll need to
be one that both a mailing list and forum co-exist, forum messages get
posted to the list, list messages get posted to the forum, and users
can pick the appropriate medium that they wish to use.
Having a mailing list and a separate forum is not acceptable. Support
is already hard enough for me without bogging things down even
further.
