I' ve managed to build osgdem under windows but I had to do some mods on
CMakeFiles as it was not building properly.
I did not submitted the patches to Robert as I did not tested the
CMakeLists mods under Linux.
If someone is interested I can either send the patch to the source or
provide VS7.1 or vs 8 binaries.
