#464: Windows 64-bit installer does not include GRASS 7

The OSGeo4W 64 bit installer for windows does not include GRASS 7 as
implied by the documentation on http://grass.osgeo.org/download/software
/ms-windows/
Perhaps there are reasons for that but the above page should make it clear
that the two installers give different packages.
Incidentally, the GRASS 6.4.3 version installed by the 64-bit installer
does not seem to work. I can't even get it to display a raster or vector
layer from my grassdata space.
