Tank you all for your answers. As mentioned, we don't use maven and have custom build system. But we can check the source code of that plugin or try to embed it to our building system.
In any case it seems there is no "get-and-use" solution for us :-) BTW Will the OBR get to the official OSGi Compendium specification? Does also Eclipse use it? I think not.
