I suspect this must be managed externally to OSGi since it must be
configured in the lib/security/java.security properties file before the
JVM is started. So I would think you will need to edit that file and place
the provider jar on the bootclasspath.

Subject: [osgi-dev] security service providers?
Sent by: [email protected]

Greetings,

I would like to use a java security provider...created by a third
party...in my osgi-based app. This provider exists as a signed
jar...which is not an osgi bundle.

How best can this signed jar provider be used in a osgi framework?

Thanks,

Scott
