Hi all,

As Cristiano Gavião reported yesterday, he was not able read the HTTP
Service Updates RFP which is available as an attached PDF to OSGi bugzilla
entry https://www.osgi.org/bugzilla/show_bug.cgi?id=146
It turned out that most RFPs attached as PDFs to bugzilla entries had
turned into documents only showing empty pages. Only RFPs uploaded recently
were fine.

Likely cause is the update of the bugzilla version that was done together
with the OSGi server update recently. The migration seems to have preserved
textual attachments to bugs but corrupted binary attachments such as the
PDFs that describe the RFPs.

I have now re-uploaded the following RFPs so that they are readable again:

RFP 133 Cloud Computing - https://www.osgi.org/bugzilla/show_bug.cgi?id=114
RFP 141 OSGi/CDI integration -
https://www.osgi.org/bugzilla/show_bug.cgi?id=141
RFP 143 OSGi Connect - https://www.osgi.org/bugzilla/show_bug.cgi?id=145
RFP 148 Complex Repository Requirements -
https://www.osgi.org/bugzilla/show_bug.cgi?id=142
RFP 150 HTTP Service Updates -
https://www.osgi.org/bugzilla/show_bug.cgi?id=146
RFP 151 Declarative Service Enhancements -
https://www.osgi.org/bugzilla/show_bug.cgi?id=147
RFP 152 EJB Integration - https://www.osgi.org/bugzilla/show_bug.cgi?id=148

Note that the following RFPs were not corrupted and are also available:
RFP 147 Device Abstraction Layer -
https://www.osgi.org/bugzilla/show_bug.cgi?id=163
RFP 153 Resource Management -
https://www.osgi.org/bugzilla/show_bug.cgi?id=162

If anyone has any problems accessing these, or other attachments in
bugzilla, please let us know.

Best regards,

David Bosschaert
