An agreement was gained by Russia's Inferior Minister, Gen. Rashid Nurgaliev and a Chairman of Israel National Security Council, Mr. Gior Iland in Moscow recently. It was stated a real resistance towards international terrorism is possible only with joint efforts based on principles and procedures of the international law, in coalition.
