Putin, Chavez discuss bilateral relations MOSCOW. March 17 (Interfax) - Russian President Vladimir Putin and Venezuelan President Hugo Chavez discussed bilateral cooperation between the two countries in a telephone conversation on Wednesday night, the Kremlin press service reported on Thursday. "The heads of state exchanged greetings on the 60th anniversary of the establishment of diplomatic relations between Russia and Venezuela," the press service said. Putin and Chavez "discussed the most relevant aspects of bilateral cooperation and practical measures to promote their further development," it said. -- I've failed over and over and over again in my life.
