While US intelligence agencies are in a stir over the recent surge of activity, both electronic and human, equated as being a signpost that an Al-Qaida offensive is in the works possibly to mark the 911 attacks, it appears the group has fresh operational strength. Both Inside Iraq and globally, Al-Qaida is poised to carry out significant strikes on several fronts. With Shiekh Abu Musab Al-Zarqawi rotating veteran Mujahideen in Iraq with new recruits that there seems to be plenty of, it appears military skills are being developed inside Iraq and exported to the broader global jihad market. And Iraq's Mujahideen are surely garnering deadly skills in their daily battles with US forces and their collaborators, as well as escalating their military efficiencies and implementing innovative strategies, all born from the blood of battlefield.
