POL-RUSSIA-KUWAIT-ANNIVERSARIES Kuwait Embassy in Moscow hosts reception on nt'l, liberation days (With photos) MOSCOW, Feb 26 (KUNA) -- Kuwaiti Ambassador to Russia Solaiman Al-Marjan held a reception Monday, marking Kuwait's 46th national day and 16th liberation day. A host of Russian senior officials attended the celebration, including Deputy Foreign Minister Alexander Sultanov, Director of the Middle East and North Africa Affairs department of the ministry, UN coordinator of Kuwaiti POWs and property affairs Yuli Vorontsov and Director General of Veteran Diplomats Association. It was also attended by chiefs of Arab, Islamic and foreign diplomatic missions in Moscow as well as academicians, scholars and other friends of Kuwait.
