The Islamic State of Iraq has issued a warm letter of appreciation to the Muslim Ummah, thanking them for their support and specifically praising Jaish Ansar As-Sunnah for their public statement of solidarity that has enraged those who strive to divide the supporters of Tawheed. The latest statements of goodwill between the Mujahideen groups signal a turning point that the Ummah has along awaited. While division was never the case, the enemies of Islam have painted a picture in the media of infighting and in fact have endeavored to make it a reality on the ground. With these latest public statements, the Ummah can now be assured that the baseless tales in mainstream press are only a figment in the imagination of the American administration. Here is the Islamic State of Iraq's letter, published here uncut and uncensored, as translated by JUS. We remind our viewers that the opinions and points of view expressed in this statement are those of the author and shall not be deemed to mean that they are necessarily those of JUS, the publisher, editor, writers, contributors or staff Islamic State Of Iraq's Letter Of Appreciation And Reverence To Muslim Ummah In The Name Of Allah The Most Gracious The Most Merciful All praise be to Allah, The Cherisher and Sustainer of the worlds. Peace and prayer be upon our prophet, Muhammad, his family, and his companions. Allah Almighty says: "(The believers, men and women, are Auliya (helpers, supporters, friends, protectors) of one another; they enjoin (on the people) Al-Ma'ruf (i.e. Islamic Monotheism and all that Islam orders one to do), and forbid (people) from Al-Munkar (i.e. polytheism and disbelief of all kinds, and all that Islam has forbidden); they perform As-Salat and give the Zakat, and obey Allah and His Messenger. Allah will have His Mercy on them. Surely Allah is All-Mighty, All-Wise." Qur'an 9:71 The Islamic State of Iraq, may Allah honor it, praises the position taken by the Ummah, the nation of the beloved Mohammed, peace be upon him, for sharing in our times of joy and grief. This is particularly true of their support during our extraordinary operations carried out during the last two months. The Ummah also shared the mourning of Abu Abdullah Al-Jabouri, may Allah have mercy upon him. We would like to thank our families, tribes and scholars of our Ummah, its leaders and our Mujahideen brothers everywhere in the world. We would particularly want to thank the Mujahideen in Iraq and specifically the Mujahideen of Jaish Ansar As-Sunnah who are fighting the enemies of Allah to raise the flag of Tawheed (monotheism) high and to fight the cross, the cross worshippers and their allies. The words of Jaish Ansar As-Sunnah pierced the body of those who conspire against the task of applying Allah's Law on the Land of the Two Rivers. It enraged the enemies of our religion and it was a slap on the face to those who want to divide the supporters of Tawheed, Jihad and the Sunnah. From Allah we ask for help and it is upon Him that we rely. Oh Allah, defeat the spiteful Shiites and Zionist crusaders and their allies. Make them, along with their equipment, booty for the Muslims, Oh Allah destroy them. Oh Allah, the sky is yours, the earth is yours and the sea is yours, Oh Allah, force their planes from the skies, destroy all their forces on the land and sink all their ships on the sea. Oh Allah, retaliate upon them and afflict them like you did Pharaoh and his nation. Oh Allah, afflict their country with floods, make them poor, hungry, and small. Oh Allah defeat them, destroy them, for You are the All Strong, the All Mighty. Allahu Akbar!
