The Council on American-Islamic Relations (CAIR) is upset with its
designation as an unindicted co-conspirator and blames the Justice
Department for the decrease in donations to the organization. CAIR wants to
be removed from the list:

"The public naming of CAIR as an unindicted co-conspirator has impeded its
ability to collect donations as possible donors either do not want to give
to them because they think they are a 'terrorist' organization or are too
scared to give to them because of the possible legal ramifications of
donating money to a 'terrorist' organization," CAIR said in an amicus curiae
brief filed in the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Texas.

While I agree that their donations are down, I disagree with CAIR that this
designation keeps people from giving because they think the organization is
terrorist, I think people are not giving because they KNOW CAIR is a
terrorist organization. CAIR is a front group for terrorists and people
recognize this fact.

What I do agree with CAIR about is that they do not belong on the unindicted
co-conspirator list. This is an unfair designation and one that CAIR does
not deserve. CAIR should be on the indicted co-conspirator list and they
should be removed from this country because of their support of terrorist
groups. CAIR also uses economic terror by suing people who write bad things
about them thereby using coercion to get people to stop. CAIR sues people
for exercising the very right that CAIR exploits in its quest to impose
Sharia Law on us.

I don't care for CAIR and I wish our government would assign it the proper
designation by indicting the organization and its officials. CAIR should be
happy to be an unindicted co-conspirator because that is a great career
builder.

Look what it did for Jack Murtha.
