Hizballah-sponsored "Galilee Liberators" claim Jerusalem bulldozer attack
DEBKAfile Exclusive Report July 2, 2008, 2:32 PM (GMT+02:00) http://www.debka.com/headline.php?hid=5403 DEBKAfile's counter-terror sources identify the "Galilee Liberators Brigades" as a clandestine Hizballah offshoot which has established centers in the Arab villages of Manda and Kana in the northern Israeli Galilee. The Hizballah Al Manar television recently confirmed that this group was responsible for the attack on the Mercaz Harav yeshiva in Jerusalem on March 7 in which 8 students were killed. The Galilee Liberators' murderous record goes back five years, according to our sources. In 2003, its members kidnapped and murdered two young Israelis, Dana Benet and Oleg Shaychat in separate attacks. In October, 2005, the group claimed the murder of Katy David, 28, a security officer at a Netanya shopping mall. In August 2007,another Israeli security officer was shot dead in the Old City of Jerusalem. Military and police vehicles are frequently sniped at by "Brigades" members on Galilee highways. Yet the security authorities prefer to play down the extreme menace of this organization to avoid confronting the Israeli Arab community. "Fair Use" legally eliminates the need to obtain permission or pay royalties for the use of previously copyrighted materials if the purposes of display include "criticism, comment, news reporting, teaching, scholarship, and research." Section 107 establishes four criteria for determining whether the use of a work in any particular case qualifies as a "fair use". A work used does not necessarily have to satisfy all four criteria to qualify as an instance of "fair use". Rather, "fair use" is determined by the overall extent to which the cited work does or does not substantially satisfy the criteria in their totality.
