Bill Maher mocks Islam as religion of peace that cuts your head off for
disagreeing. Bill Maher is a committed liberal
<http://www.examiner.com/american-politics-in-vancouver/bill-maher-says-glen
n-beck-s-nutty-and-like-the-giffords-shooter-jared-loughner> who is a
partisan advocate of Obamacare and other hardcore, liberal laws. However, on
the issue of Islam, Maher is one of the few on the left who can be
intellectually honest and condemn the religion of peace for its flaws. Case
in point: On his Real Time show last night, the left-wing comedian took on
Islam, not just the fanatical Muslims who kill you with suicide bombs, but
the religion as a whole. Maher mocked Islam as a religion that calls itself
the religion of peace, but whose adherents will kill you if you so much as
disagree with its practices.

In his derogation and all-out mockery
<http://realclearpolitics.com/video/2011/04/08/maher_islam_only_religion_tha
t_kills_you_when_you_disagree_with_them.html> of the "religion of peace,"
Maher was able to do what even few on the right have been willing to do! And
that is to just take the gloves off when it comes to Islam and condemn it as
it absolutely has to be in certain areas. For instance, the area of.you
know.cutting off your head when.ahem.you don't agree with their practices
like enslaving other human beings, treating women like personal property,
and killing people who are not Muslims (or those who just want to leave
Islam
<http://www.examiner.com/american-politics-in-vancouver/pew-poll-majority-of
-muslims-support-death-for-anyone-leaving-islam> !). Just look to revolting
Senator Lindsey Graham
<http://www.realclearpolitics.com/video/2011/04/03/lindsey_graham_free_speec
h_is_a_great_idea_but_were_in_a_war.html> 's comments of just a few days
ago, comments where he actually put forth the un-American idea that free
speech should not extend to Americans who want to burn the Quran!! It's that
kind of defeatist attitude in the face of hostile Islam that simply enables
the fanatical Muslims all the more.

Like I said, on the issue of criticizing Islam where and when it absolutely
needs to be
<http://www.examiner.com/american-politics-in-vancouver/british-imam-raped-b
oy-many-times-mosque-over-three-month-period> , Maher is stronger than many
Republicans, which is a pity. I suppose the old adage of a broken clock
being right two times a day really applies here. Nonetheless, Maher's
comments about the harsh reality of Islam are truths that need to be widely
expressed more often, especially on TV, which is monopolized by those bozos
in the entertainment community who are mostly all liberals and, therefore,
too politically correct to expose Islam for what it is.

Maher also brought up an inexhaustibly good point about the recent-shall we
say?-debacle about the Terry Jones Quran burning. The real guilty party in
that fiasco was the Muslims, all those angry, Muslim men who decided to kill
some UN workers in an Afghan city just because Jones had supervised a Quran
burning halfway around the world!! To anyone with a sane mind, it's beyond
the shadow of a doubt that those murderous Muslims were to blame for their
own actions because they killed people. Jones can't make them do a thing if
they aren't already hateful fanatics.which they clearly are as exemplary
members of the "religion of peace." However, Jones is still scapegoated
because much of the world is too wimpy to call out the radical Muslims when
they absolutely need to be and when more people need to.

Maher's usually always 100% wrong, except on this issue of Islam. Lying
liberals should take a cue from Maher and wake up to the fact that Islam is
anything but the religion of peace. It's a religion that-in Maher's words-is
the only one in the whole world that will actually get its adherents to cut
off your *expletive* head if you so much as dare to disagree with it. In
fact, many Republicans should also stop being such babies when it comes to
Islam and criticize it the way it needs to be.
