With the White House release of Obama's long form birth certificate this morning, I thought, "good, we can move on and concentrate on the real problem with his Natural Born citizenship." However... Now I'm not so sure. I've been analyzing the image all morning long and conversing with some other bloggers who are deeply into this stuff. Many bloggers have noticed that the PDF image provided by the .gov website is layered. So, I imported the image into Adobe's Photoshop, and lo and behold, it looks like this: <http://doctorbulldog.files.wordpress.com/2011/04/birth-certificate-long-for m-in-photoshop.jpg> Now, if an Optical Character Recognition (OCR) had been used to create the layers, as suggested by others, then why does the OCR easily recognize the Registrar's signature and part of Stanley Ann Dunham Obama's signature, but doesn't recognize those other typed characters that are in this layer? Very odd in deed. I thought the release of Obama's long form would be the end of it, however, now that I've seen the layering of the document with my own eyes, I'm even more suspicious about where exactly Obama was born than I was before! You would think that someone in the White House would have had enough common sense to just scan the thing in and leave it at that. But, obviously, someone screwed up and left tell-tale signs of possible tampering... I've noticed that several bloggers have insisted that there isn't an embossed seal on this birth certificate. After much scrutiny of the PDF file, I've discovered that there actually is a seal. You just have to look REAL close. It means that the Birthers were right: Hawaii DOES have long form birth certificates on file and they DO issue them! It also means that the White House has screwed the pooch royally by releasing a layered PDF file and have even me wondering WTF?
