Please review the updated specification at http://open-services.net/bin/view/Main/ScmSpecV1 carefully, and reply to this list with your comments as soon as possible. There is one issue left on the wiki page at http://open-services.net/bin/view/Main/ScmSpecIssuesV1, and we expect to resolve that quickly. Whether or not you have comments, please let me know before the end of Monday April 19th if you have any objection to us declaring convergence on the 1.0 specification (see the process described at http://open-services.net/html/About.html). If there is no objection, I will declare convergence on April 20th.
I am out of the office all day on Wednesday 21st, so there will be no meeting on that day. We will have a meeting in two weeks time, on Wednesday April 28th, to review any last-minute issues for SCM, and any changes to the core specification. I expect no changes except defect fixes after that point.
