I still experiment with the OSLC-SCM-Interface to access and download a file.
After I find a way to identified a file by the cvid, I try to download a file
but it looks like it's only possible to download files which are already in the
cache of the database server.
My questition now is very simple, is there any way to download a file for which
I have a cvid (and a link based on this) which is not in the cache? I would be
very grateful for a little answer.
