Yes. I interviewed perhaps two dozen people in the Seattle area who are involved with stream restoration and water quality. Everyone is aware of the EPA mandate to fix the watersheds so the Salmon will make it, but no one was sanguine about the anticipated results. It struck me, several months ago, that a larger deeper discussion was needed that could engage people from many agencies, businesses and neighborhoods.
