thank you for taking the time to write your reflections.  i appreciate them
very much and have printed them out so that i can review them along with
other documents that i review in preparation for os events.

the comments you made about dialogue and the importance of learning to
listen are good.  in haiti we have been involved in piloting a method in
haitian creole which comes from a US teaching methodology called
touchstones.  in my experiences with os for several years, i have been
particularly aware of the limits in having good dialogue in small groups.
thus, we became involved with the touchstones method to strengthen this.  we
are having positive results.
