joelle, yes, that´s it. never to believe something what we heard or thought about "majority", "people", "guys", "....", "......". beause every (human) beeing has a lot of complete different possibilities in himself, and every being has (perhaps hidden) a deep need for space. its on us as facilitator to touch just the variety and the variability of every partner in any dialog.
